A dish of southeast Asia consisting of strips of marinated meat, poultry, or seafood grilled on skewers and dipped in peanut sauce. 
It is made with thin yellow noodles fried with onion, fried tofu, chili, vegetables, tomatoes, and egg. It is commonly available at mamak stalls in Singapore & Malaysia and is often spicy. less
The mixture is poured back and forth repeatedly between two vessels over a height, giving it a thick frothy top. This process is said to cool the tea to drinking temperatures, and helps mix the tea with the condensed milk more thoroughly.

Bandung is the name of a drink popular in Malaysia and Singapore consisting of milk flavoured with rose cordial, giving a pink colour. The drink originated during the British colonial days of Singapore.
